			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="shr-publisher-247"></div><div>While Nel and me were walking home from dinner a few weeks back we decided to stop in at our local Tim Hortons (Yonge &amp; Sheppard vicinity). When we looked inside it was busy with a long line and we happened to notice two of <a href="http://www.gavinlobo.com/tag/toronto/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Toronto">Toronto</a>’s finest standing in line. So having decided not to get anything we walked on and as we reached the next street intersection (less than 2 to 3 minutes away) we noticed the Police cruised un-manned (in the picture below) parked in a Fire Access Route with a NO Parking sign and a STOP sign right next to it. I wonder where the Cops were at? : )</div>
