So over the last two weeks I have been taking the TTC in to my Physio appointments and one observation that has stood out is the friendly and courteous nature of our TTC bus drivers. As soon as they have seen me with crutches, one crutch or on my cane as of the last few days they have immediately lowered the height of the bus so that getting on and off would be easier. Never once did I have to ask for their assistance and they were always very attentive. Good job folks – Mr. Lobo thanks you for making my handicap life a little easier over the last four weeks.
