The Therapeutic Clown Program has helped put a smile on my baby girls face (and continues to do so till today!) and I ask you to please vote for them on the Aviva Community Fund competition!
I believe the The Therapeutic Clown Program is like sucrose (sugar water) that has shown to make the pain go away! Thank you for all your great work. A spoonful of sugar makes the ‘pain go away’

About the competition
Aviva wants to support what’s important to you by helping you make a positive change in your community. If you’re interested in changing Canada for the better, you’re in the right place.
How the Competition Works
Create an idea that will have a positive impact in your community. Enter it in the Aviva Community Fund competition and get your friends, family and everyone you know to vote for it. The most popular ideas will have a chance to be funded with the $500,000 Aviva Community Fund.
Something we always knew but now there’s a study out that makes it all legit!
Canada landed dead last in terms of wireless penetration, a hot-button measurement in Canada that the government has cited as evidence that the domestic market needs more competition.

So I was sent a link to the Wii sale on Bestbuy.ca yesterday (may 5th, 2008) and decided to order a second Wii Wheel for MarioKart that my brother bought me (So that we can go head to head in some MarioKart racing – hell yeah!!!). I filled out the required information and then decided to look for local pick-up but unfortunately all the stores near me were sold out. So I move on to the shipping option – The first shipping option from BestBuy is “Ground” and costs me $1.99 CAD. But if I wanted a faster service I could always opt for the “Expedited” service @ $126.41 CAD!!!
I nearly fell off my chair reading that shipping cost. Ever wonder why online shopping has never caught on in Canada-eh? Because we have some of the most exaggerated shipping costs ever (I should also add in there the lack of big box stores and low population volumes) CPC just does not get it any more.
Yesterday we took pictures with Flat Stanley and a few members of the eBayCanada team. I had never heard of Flat Stanley before nor did I know about the project or thousands of locations, people, places and countries Flat Stanley has been to. It was cool to be involved in one more of Flat Stanley’s many adventures/projects. Read more about Flat Stanley here.
My Folks, Nel & myself will be in Chi Town for 8 days for my best friends wedding. The plans already seem hectic and it should make for 8 days of very little sleep.
I haven’t gone on a road trip with my folks in a long time so this should be fun! I have my 4 Gig Nano with a FM transmitter that should help with music. Though the part that worries me the most is driving around the maze they call US roads… They have so many signs for everything your never sure if you are on the right road or getting on to the one that will take you back to Canada!
We will try our best to get to the Bongo Room for breakfast if we can but given our schedule that may be a problem…:)
Folks I will be leaving DCI for eBayCanada at the end of this month. I will connect with you all via email to give you my new contact details. All exciting stuff all the time…
I have also become an eBay seller and would appreciate it if you could provide me with General feedback (If you use eBay) that will help my products sell faster and help buyers trust me! I am known as Mr. Lobo (mrlobo3000) on eBay as well.
